Style: King of Khaki with Lovedrobe

Hello all! As some of you may know, I came back down to earth with a serious bump after my holiday, a big old case of the post-holiday blues. It’s never easy coming back to reality, especially when reality isn’t necessarily the best at the mo. I did have some lovely treats to come back to though, which always softens the blow, including this lovely jumpsuit from Lovedrobe

Plus Size Khaki Jumpsuit
Firstly, I apologise if I look half asleep, I have literally no excuses, I think I was in fact half asleep. We were on our way to Sainsbury’s and to be honest, the prospect was less than appealing.

This jumpsuit is, as a lot of the clothes I choose to blog are, an all-rounder. I’ve totally dressed it down here, but because of the split floaty sleeve and bardot neckline, it really can be styled casually or for an occasion.
I sized up to a 24 and I’m glad I did as any smaller I think it would have been too clingy on my hips, the fit is nice, as are the proportions, being a bit long of body short, short of leg, jumpsuits can be tricky, but this is great.

The fabric, although not stretchy, is a medium weight crepe with lots of movement, so it doesn’t feel too restrictive.
I love teaming khaki with tan accessories, and for a more dressy look, I would definitely go with a leopard print shoe and/or bag. I also find a dusky pink goes beautifully with khaki tones too.

If khaki ain’t your thing, Lovedrobe also have this particular style in fail-safe black and other styles in polka dot and florals – just click through to check out the full range of plus size jumpsuits.
