Style: Studio Eight – Adrina

I promised a splash of colour didn’t I? And what better than a beautiful jewel green? For years there was a distinct lack of green dresses available on the high street and on the web. Thankfully this year has seen a real resurgence of beautifully rich greens, which quite frankly I could not be more happy about! This stunning number is another corker from Studio8, as per my previous post

I love the structural feel of this dress. The cross over detail and square sleeves give it a kimono feel, as does the nipped in waist, but it’s still very square in shape, which I adore. And of course, it has pockets, so I’m basically in love.
I know I say this repeatedly, but it is an all-rounder. It’s a wear with flip flops for holiday chic, wear with court shoes and a jacket for a meeting, and throw on a sequin kimono and heels for and evening look. The possibilities are endless to be honest.

The one thing I will say is, it is a creaser. So If you’re packing it for a trip, make sure you have access to an iron if you want it looking tip top. Length-wise it’s pretty much perfect. I’m 5’7″ and it sits on the knee, so it’s going to work for all heights I’d say.
