Style: Hoody Love.

As promised, here's the second of my Lagenluxe pieces for you today! And this my friends is amazing. If you're looking for the ultimate in throw it on, laid back style then this is the one for you.

If I said the words "poncho hoody" to you, you'd probably think I'd turned a bit daft, but it really works. I just bloody love it! I've been searching for a big comfy hoody for ages but just couldn't find the right one, this really ticks all my boxes. Roomy, grey marl, pocket to the front, just bloomin' great.

Imagine how great this is going to be for travelling? Just bang it on in the car or snuggling up on the plane. It's just so snuggly! As you can see from the pics, there is bags of room in this and I'd say it would easily fit up to a 26/28 depending on your boobs and belly, but definitely worth a try I'd say!

Right it's back to the grindstone for me, I've still got a few last bits to tie up for uni and a big party for a certain little girl to sort out! Have a great weekend guys!

Style: Easy Weekend Style with Lagenluxe.

Hey! I hope most of you are getting the chance to enjoy the long weekend. If not, you have my comiserations, I will be prepping a presentation and working on my script tomorrow, so it's not all R&R round here either, but, today we did pop out for a mooch round town and a cheeky burger.

My gorgeous gals at Lagenluxe sent me a couple of items from the new spring/summer range, so I road tested one of the pieces today.

It was bloody glorious today, something I'm so grateful for, I moan about it year on year but I really do not like winter, the short days affect my mood and mental health chronically. So to get some sunshine and real warmth was a complete tonic!

I'm wearing the Beki tee in stripe. You might remember I have this in a gorgeous forest green too. The tshirt itself is cut into panels and has a poncho feel about it, but is infinitely more stylish. I love these drapey styles especially when the weather starts warming up.

The top is free size, I usually take a 22/24 and this has bags of room, but it does come up quite high in the front and back, so personally I prefer to wear bottoms with a bit more coverage like a high waisted peg leg, jeans or ponte leggings like I'm wearing here. And on a  side note, I own loads of stuff from Lagenluxe and it washes SO well, I mean I worn them to death and they still come up looking new.

I've got another piece form Lagenluxe to share with you and it is SO cool, trust me! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and to those of you who celebrate, a very happy easter.

Style: Perfect Prints with Dear Curves.

Hello! Hope you're all well? I'm still hard at it with my uni work, I have my first completed draft and I'm now in the redrafting process ready for hand-in in a couple of weeks. It's been a hard slog, but I'm so proud!

Anyway, updates aside, I thought I'd post a quick outfit of the day, I'm in uni today and I managed to grab a couple of pics before I left.

This cracking bodysuit is from Dear Curves. The brainchild of Linda Idegwu, Linda's aim is to fuse african prints with western fashion. I actually won this along with the most stunning skirt as part of an instagram giveaway, but I really wanted to blog it, as I love what Dear Curves do.

I've just teamed it with a simple longline cardigan and high waist peg leg jersey trousers, both from ASOS.

Style: I'm Your King Pin Honey...

Well, I have the cold from hell, seriously, it's a beast. But fear not, I did manage to get some snaps in this mega snazzy Lindy Bop dress

If you follow me on twitter, you might know I'm obsessed with Grease 2, in fact as I write this up, Poppy and I have it on, I have passed said obsession to the child too! One of the musical numbers is set in a bowling alley and when I saw this dress, I knew I had to get my Stephanie Zinone on and "shoot the ball, shoot the ball, shoot the ball!"

This Matessa Bowling Pin wiggle dress plays to all my 'not too girly but still a bit girly' aesthetics. I love the 50s diner, rockabilly vibes, neat pencil skirt and cute embroidered detail, I did however have to pop on my wingz sleeves as it is SO chilly, but this is going to be banging in the summer!

Size wise I'm wearing the 24 which I find fits me well in the wiggle dress style from Lindy Bop. The dress itself is stretch as is the soft jersey feel lining. There is a zip to the side, but I just popped it over my head. The length is great, it sits on my knee (I'm 5'7").

Right as much as I'm enjoying all your company, I have dinner to cook, and a hot drink to sup! Catch you guys later!

Style: Misty Denim by Sculptresse Panache.

When it comes to underwear I can be a bit of a bore. I favour a plain black set for my every day wear, so when this set from Panache arrived I was a little skeptical, but once I got it on I was won over.

The Misty Denim set from the Sculptresse range is so pretty and delicate, I can see it being a great set for summer under lighter coloured garments. The lace details and soft fabric make it a complete winner.

For the eagle eyed of you, you might have noticed the cup isn't quite giving me enough lift, that's because it wasn't until I'd worn it all day and thought it felt a bit funny that I realised it was the wrong cup size (a larger one had been sent by accident and I didn't think to check haha!). So rest assured, if you're wearing the right size, the cup will give you plenty of lift and support!

Aside from that, yet again Panache have come up with the goods, it's a really gorgeous set!
