Style: A Dash of Grey

Christmas is nearly upon us and I have finally given into the reality that it is in fact winter. And thank goodness I did because I forgot how much I love wrapping up in cute knitwear. And the latest range from Dash is packed full of gorgeous pieces up to a size 22.
Now, my one memory of Dash, is those colourful rugby style tops that my friend’s posh mum used to wear, Dash of 2016 is very different indeed. It’s cool, casual and quality. My favourites are the abundance of striped breton-style tees, which are, in my opinion, an absolute wardrobe essential.

This week however, as mentioned, I am delving into their knitwear selection, and this grey cowl neck jumper is so perfect. It’s got a scandi-cool feel about it. I’ve styled it really simply with black treggings, shell toe trainers and grey maxi coat.
The 22 is true to size, and sits just on the hip. The neck is described as cowl, but it sits a little higher because of the chunky knit, which I love because I’m not a huge fan of a big old baggy cowl necks. This is going to look great with jeans, or even a pencil skirt. You could rock a mini skirt and thick black tights with it too, that would be so cute.

So now I am going to tackle the wrapping, and hopefully bring you some cool posts over the festive period!
