Style: Holiday style with ELVI.

So I've got loads of cute holiday outfits for you, I tried to snap as many of my evening outfits as I could when I was away. If you're heading off on your jolly's soon, or if the weather here ever perks up, stay tuned, maybe you'll be inspired!

Today I've got this gorgeous maxi skirt from ELVI

I wore the gorgeous camel pleated maxi skirt on my first night there. While my blindingly white, milk bottle legs are beautiful, I wasn't up to flashing them quite yet, so this cool, floaty maxi skirt was perfect.

I just styled it simply with a cami top and cute snake print sandals

I'll be bringing you lots more outfits this week, I hope you like them!

**Disclosure: The skirt in this post was sent to me**

Style: La Redoute Five Ways to Wear... The Trench Coat.

Just before I went away I was asked to take part in a style challenge with La Redoute. Making French style accessible, La Redoute's classic pieces make a great addition to any wardrobe. I was featured along with two other fabulous bloggers on the La Redoute Blog, click on the link to read it.

When it comes to outerwear there are very few garments more classic than the trench coat. It is one of those pieces that oozes style and sophistication.

Look One: Feminine Chic
Full skirts are huge again this season. The bold botanical print teamed with the classic trench and tan accessories give this feminine look a chic twist. The crisp white top keeps the look fresh.

Look Two: Classic Navy
There is nothing more classic than teaming your trench with navy. Keep the silhouette up to date with a peg leg trouser or a jumpsuit just like I've teamed it with here.

Look Three: Accessorise
Lift a classic black outfit with accessories. I've chosen this huge layered necklace to make a statement which acts as a modern contrast against the trench.

Look Four: Practical Work Outfit
For a busy day at the office, team a statement dress with practical ballet pumps and roomy bag to fit all your essentials in. The neon in the print of the dress works great against the neutral of the trench and really lifts the outfit.

Look Five: Off Duty

My favourite look of the five is this off duty, casual look. Easy to wear and oh so comfortable, just grab your favourite jeans and striped t-shirt. I've teamed mine with classic baseball pumps and vintage satchel bag.

Style: Plus Size Fashion with Polly Grace.

Hello! I'm back and have I got a tonne of posts lined up for you! The first is one of two from new plus size clothing brand, Polly Grace. I'm reviewing two gorgeous summer tops for you and have an exclusive 20% discount too!

I'm wearing the 'Amelia' top in the most gorgeous mint colour. The casual top is a lovely lightweight crepe material, it feels really great on and in the heat of Portugal it was beautiful to wear. It has a zip feature to the back and is loose fitting.

In terms of sizing I went for the 24, I'm never sure with woven items how they'll sit on me so I tend to size up. I'm glad I did, it was a lovely loose fit in the body making it quite flexible, as you can see here I've tucked it in, but it is long enough to wear with jeans for example.

I personally found the arms quite tight, I'm not sure if that's because I have larger arms in comparison to the rest of me, or if they come up a little small, but that is something to be mindful of when ordering as there is no give or stretch in the material. Having said that, the crepe material travelled really well and there was very little creasing. Perfect for popping in your bag for a weekend trip or a holiday.

As you can see I styled this simply with black peg leg trousers, sandals and a statement necklace. It would also look great with jeans and chunky sandals, or tucked into a maxi skirt.

Head on over to the Polly Grace website to check out the range. They have a great mix of stuff from basics to dressy pieces and something to suit most ages and budgets. And speaking of budget, enter bebe20 at the checkout for a whopping 20% discount! Happy shopping!

Style: Beautiful Jewellery with Love Natalie.

I love it when I can showcase indy companies on the blog. And today I have the wonderful Love Natalie. The small but perfectly formed collection has pretty Swarovski set earrings, dainty bangles, rings and necklaces.

Natalie was kind enough to send me the gorgeous rose gold fancy back earrings.

I love the packaging and thought that's gone in to it. I was really excited about the earrings too. The fancy back style is everywhere at the moment and I was dying to try some. I love rose gold, and believe me,  my pictures just don't do them justice!

Please do visit the Love Natalie website, there are some truly beautiful pieces there! And do give Natalie a follow on twitter too!

Health: Simply Health - Healthy Minds Challenge.

So as some of you may know, mental health and keeping the dialogue open around mental health is something very important to me. As a person living with bi-polar I think it's crucial we talk about it and break down the stigma.

As someone who has decided to tackle the illness without medication, it's also very important that I try and find different ways to cope with my illness, so when I heard about what Simply Health and were doing in line with Mental Health Awareness Week 2015, I thought it might be fun to get involved.

So what's the deal? Lots of bloggers were tasked with tweeting something positive everyday for a week to see how it would have an effect on us and our mood. There's a whole blog post over on the Simply Health website about how some approaches can really help to improve your every day mental health, because lets face it, every one has to look after their mental health regardless of if they have a diagnosis or not.

Now that I've completed the challenge Simply Heath are going to donate £50 to Mind Charity on my behalf. How fantastic is that?!

So how did it go?

Well, I'm not going to lie, we had some pretty awful news this week, so it was hard to be positive on some days, but, saying it out loud and remembering the things I did have to be positive about really helped.

I did miss Saturday, it just completely slipped my mind and I was actually really busy spending time with one of my most favourite people, so I was just having too much fun evidently! Even though I didn't quite hold up my end of the bargain, I'm hoping Simply Health still donate. Please? *Flutters eyelashes*.
