OOTD: Easy Peesy Floral Squeezy

You might call this a bit of a lazy outfit, but when the weather is so hot I find myself styling for comfort and ease.

I had a little ASOS splurge yesterday, one of the items I ordered was these floral peg leg trousers. I was a little weary because of the plain black jersey trousers in the same style I have from them, fabulous as they are, the knee bagging issue had put me off a little. I needn't have worried though, these are a slightly thicker jersey and completely different, and not a baggy knee in sight!

I ordered the 22, they're actually a really generous fit, I think I could have sized down, but I was so desperate to wear them, I just kept them! Ha!

It was Poppy's school fun day to day so this was the perfect outfit for today, practical, cool, but still fashionable. Thanks for another winner ASOS!

  3. I have the problem that my size 24 waist is bigger than my hips and my legs are slim (I can get a size 10 over my bum but that's how weird my shape is) so I can only wear elasticated waists as otherwise anything fitting the waist is humungous on my hips, bum and thighs. Can I take it that the pieces you blog are not elasticted waist unless you expressly state they are? Thank you. Love the blog xx

  4. Hi there! Thanks for your comment. These are actually elastic sated and have a lot of stretch all over. They are quite lose in the leg though so I'm not sure if they'd be suitable for your shape? It might be worth ordering the 18 (their smallest size) as I think the stretch would accommodate you're waist. Definitely worth a try :) hope this helps!! B x x

    1. Oh thank you, I hadn't noticed that you'd said they were elasticated, probably too busy thinking how awesome you looked in them and wanting some to fit me :D I will give that a try, thank you so much.
